To change your Ufora language, click your name (top right corner of the page) and click "Nederlands (België)". 

Select your preferred language in the popup that is shown.

Some course sites might not follow your chosen language setting as it is possible to "force" the language setting of a course site. This needs to be changed by the course admin.
