UGent staff can request a new Microsoft Teams team via:

• de the UGent Microsoft 365 Self Service portal.
  • the "Create Team" button in Teams.

The creation process is semi-automatic. Once your Team has been created, you, as the requester/owner, will receive an email and a notification in Teams.

Lecturers an also activate an MS Teams team in their Ufora course.

Students cannot request an MS Teams team.
