The refunding of myPrint credit is only possible when closing a myPrint account.
The full remaining credit will be refunded, it's not possible to request a part of your remaining credit.

The only condition is to have an European bank account.

• Login at myPrint
• At the top right click MyProfile
• Click the button Delete myPrint account
• Select the option 'Delete your myPrint account and receive remaining credit on your bank account'.
• You will see the remaining credit and the amount that will be refunded.
• Fill in your bankdetails and click next.

Refund requests are handled by the financial department once per month.

If you wish to use myPrint and the studentprinters at a later time, you just login to myPrint again and your account will be recreated with a credit of 0 euro.
