I am trying to copy OneDrive synced files to a device, webshare, .... All files are set to "keep on this device" and they have all been fully downloaded. When I try to copy using Windows Explorer, I get this error:

An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem.

Error 0x80070032: The request is not supported.
